When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship out in 1-2 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee will be calculated in your shopping cart. Additional customs fees, duties and other charges may need to be paid upon entry to your country or delivery to your address.
How do I track an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
The tracking information says delivered, but I never received my package?
On rare occasions, packages may say “Delivered” up to 48 hours prior to arrival. It could also be possible it was accidentally delivered to your neighbour or to the wrong address and the carrier decided to hold on to it for you.
Can I return something I bought?
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.

Yes, you are welcome to come in the shop to pickup or return/exchange an item.
